Label And Batch is operated by Samuel Hines, trading as Limitless Beliefs, Australia. This notice explains how we handle personal information in connection with this website and enquiries sent to us.
When you browse
You can browse the reviews without creating an account. Searches and category filters run in your browser; the website does not send those search terms to us. We have not added advertising pixels or third-party visitor-analytics scripts.
The website uses OpenAI Sites for hosting and Cloudflare for delivery and security. These services may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser or device information and request logs. Hosting and security services may also set cookies. Their policies explain their processing and cookie practices; this is not a cookie-free website.
When you email us
We receive the contact details, message and attachments you choose to send. We use them to respond, review product evidence, investigate corrections and maintain the associated correspondence. Please send only the information needed for your enquiry; personal medical records are not needed for a product-review request.
Our business email is provided by Fastmail. Messages and attachments are stored with that service and may be accessed on the operator’s devices. Contacting us does not subscribe you to a marketing list.
Who may receive information
Our hosting, security and email providers process information needed to provide their services. People helping with a specific enquiry may receive the relevant information when needed. We may also disclose information where required by law. We do not sell enquiry information or provide it to advertisers for targeting.
A product report may inform a published review, but unrelated personal information should not be included in the public evidence. Tell us if a supplied report is confidential before we consider publishing it.
Storage and overseas processing
Our providers operate internationally, so information may be processed outside Australia. This can include the United States and other countries used by the providers and their suppliers. Fastmail also identifies the United Kingdom, India and Austria among its possible processing countries. The provider policies below contain more detail.
We keep enquiry records and supporting evidence for as long as needed to handle the matter, maintain the review record or meet applicable obligations. Provider logs and backups follow their own retention arrangements. You can ask us about information you have supplied, including whether it can be deleted.
Links to brands and sellers
When you open an external product link, the seller handles your visit, any cookies and any purchase under its own policies. Affiliate links are not currently active. If we introduce them, we will identify paid links and update the relevant disclosures and this notice before changing how personal information is handled.
Requests and complaints
Email [email protected] with Privacy in the subject to request access, correction or deletion, or to raise a concern. Describe the information or interaction involved. We may need to confirm your identity before providing or changing personal information. We will consider the request, explain any information we need to retain and respond to your concern.
If a concern remains unresolved, you can seek guidance from the relevant privacy regulator. In Australia, this is the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
