What supports the second tick

Every listed product has a matching independent laboratory report, independently controlled laboratory analysis, or exact-product certification checked with its issuer. A brand may publish an independent report; that publishing route is identified. Brand statements and unsupported manufacturer certificates do not qualify. Certification covers its named programme only.
